» OVERALL PERSONALITY:The first feature to the senior warbler known as David, easily lays in his calm and serious demeanor, which is easily explained by his overall shy demeanor. He usually stays relatively silent at first glance, observing before he speaks to strangers. Sitting alone, eating alone and so forth. Though with those close, like the Warblers, he is a humourous kid, always having a smart joke or crack to add in and showing his patented white smile. But when one gets to know him he gets out of the shell to excel what he is best known for.
Overall, David is friendly, he holds friendship highly, and everyone at Dalton Academy is his friend, and many are like adoptive brothers to him. He knows that the world is a hard place and friends are there to make the experience less painful and more enjoyable. He hates those who lie and stab others in the back, for the sake of fame, money or any material purpose. He is a generally nice person who believes there is no reason to betray a friend. He is truly a friend, a friend would like to have.
David acts upon intelligence and reasoning. Despite hsi apperance of being well fit and muscular from his work outs in his spare time, to his singing, he can be, well a nerd. He loves math and science, history, and actually any subject. He likes to learn and he likes to read more then anything. He is a very complex person to the eye, an he is indeed one. He never could be a simple person, although he may act on intelligence and reasoning, he does occasionally make a foolish mistake and lets his anger and sorrow consume him and lead by emotion like any teenager. He never breaks down before anyone, simply because he has not the ability but in reality, he just bottles up the emotions, like any teenager until it just fuels over and breaks. He does have anger issues. He believes it is now his time to stay strong, and prevent another person from going through and enduring what he endured, thuis don't cry, be the strong one for others sakes. Although he might not cry and he may always obtain his cool when the sorrow and anger does consume him, he tries his best to be alone, so others don't see it.
David is often seen being rather quiet and reserved. He speaks when necessary, and usually the words range from sarcastic and witty to serious and commanding. His voice a rather baritone proportion, it is quite easy to mistake his comments or outspoken thoughts for imperative statements. One should be careful when judging this, however; when David believes that any situation is being pulled out of context, he will heighten his intellectual prowess and literally attempt to verbally rend any who would stand against his word when it comes to change and tradition of the warblers. Thus, it proves to be a pet peeve to oppose him during his time of explanation. Most else will either go ignored or unheeded, the patron usually choosing rather quickly that which is irrelevant and that which holds some bearing to his situations. This is only during the warbler meetings where he must be serious and the leading officer that he is.
David is also old fashioned, he holds doors open for girls, compliments them, and does not think as pervertedly as some, he is a bit more innocent then many males, probably because he never really had a true relationship that didn't last more then a few days as puppy love.

» HISTORY:Born on April 25th, Eighteen years prior to today, David Elliot Goll was born to Susan and Peter Goll, all seemed pretty normal, the ability to soon walk and talk came at age 3. That is what soon came to him with these years. He was able to comprehend small and minor things. And the world seemed so insignificant to him. David admired his parents greatly. Always following and coping them. It was like all children did. It was how they learn. The household seemed so big to one who was so small yet could understand and realize life. Everything to these three years of life since birth was all natural. And soon he grew up, age five he was learning to play baseball with his dad, and he did what most kids did. But it was when he was eight did he start to venture out and try new things, like Singing. His dad use to be a former athlete so he wanted David to do the same, not to be a kid who sang, or did something "useless" in his life, he was right, the singing and music industry could kill a man, so David never blamed his father in the later years....
Age thirteen, his father got in an argument with his mother, and he accidentally got angered and hit her. David stood up and struck his dad, only to get a fist to the face and the black eye. His father had been ashamed of what he did, David knew it, so he left, grabbed a single bag and without a word was gone. That was the last day he saw his father. David did not know what the argument was about, but it was his fault, if he had been the "good" child and just watched the fight, his father would be in his life. He fell into a depression, feeling useless, questioning himself, he gained an eating disorder which came with the depression as he also began to work out by running and push ups, trying to prove himself to himself. That was the start, he managed to survive after a trip to the hospital as he ate more. His mother cured the depression by sending him to Dalton Academy at age 15, where he managed to fit in, and found a new family. Some kids were bullied, David was not, he had been his own bully.
Sixteen, he was now enrolled in the all male school. never having a girlfriend, and like most teenagers he questioned his sexuallity, and wondered if his dad left due to his split of wanting sports but also singing. He had always hid his voice, ashamed after what his dad said when he was younger. But it was one day as he was in the restroom, a song played on his Ipod as he sung the song "Hallelujah" aloud did one of the Warblers discover his talent and confronted him to try out for the Warblers. He was hesitant at first, he saw them perform, they were good, better then he thought he was, and he was still afraid. He saw his father's image in his mind. Afraid of change he declined.
Seventeen, he was confronted again, asked once more. Afraid of change still but wanting to break the fear he auditioned, and was accepted. He practiced, and soon was awarded a Solo, which helped them win Regionals a year ago, with Wes and Thad also doing the other two solo's in the competition that helped them win. With their senior year, Wes, Thad and David became friends, and were elected as the Senior officers of the Warblers. They stuck to tradition and here they stood this time.

» RP SAMPLE:The hum of the car fell seeming less onto Finn's ears as his eyes glanced lazily at the road, his hands gripping tightly upon the steering wheel trying to keep full attention to the road, his eyes were already starting to feel heavy. From hetic shifts at Sheets and Things, to the other random jobs he had taken up to support Quinn and Beth the toll already took over completely mentally and the physical signs were already taking their effect to his friends and family to see. Most teenagers would have quit, but not Finn, he had been through a lot worse, the bullying, the glee club, the teenage drama, but this was nothing. He had Beth and Quinn to thank for his resolve, this was all for them. He would continue his quest for their well being until the day he dropped. Like that what being a dad was all about right? Or so he thought anyway.
His eyes closed for a moment in a delayed blink, as he felt the tolls catch up, but it wasn't going to cause a wreck as piercing words hit him sharp, her angelic voice asking him a question, showing signs of worry and underlying glee that they were going out. Quinn, he always felt happy when he heard her voice, but it did bring back the memories of the drama they both faced. "Huh?" Finn questioned as he snapped back into reality, out of his half-sleeping trance. "Oh... Yeah I'm glad to." he did what most people did, make a question or gesture wondering what they said but the words finally processed and without needing a repeat responds. "I'm fine..." he felt like he should have told her that he was not tired, but that would have been a lie, and he didn't like lying to her, she lied to him before, and he lied to others, it caused pain, and drama. So saying he was fine was just deflecting right? Not a lie? He wondered but shook it out of his mind within a moment.
Back to reality Finn released his iron-clad grip on the steering wheel, resting one arm on the armrest as he relaxed, more focused now. He soon felt Quinn's arm accompany his as he twitched, gripping tightly to her hand, making sure this was not some weird dream. Cause most dreams end up with him in his underwear in public which was like, never cool. He looked over to her and smiled lightly when his brown eyes caught her smile. He couldn't believe all that happened so far. he was only sixteen and he was a dad. Well, technically, it wasn't his kid but he treated Beth like his own. All the drama, the confusion, especially for Finn. He had to put up with Santana, and Rachel, it was just so confusing, like why couldn't girls just be simple? Finn looked back to the road, this was the first time they had been outside the house in a long time, most the time they would be at home, in front of the TV, Finn tired eating a grilled cheese holding Beth in his lap, Quinn either doing chores to help his mom or cuddled beside him. It wasn't bad, he loved Quinn and Beth, and grilled cheese to, but to get out, it kinda made it feel more like teenage dates, even if there was Beth in the picture.
Seeing the exit, Finn released Quinn's hand as he grabbed the steering wheel before turning into the right lane and down the road, he heard Quinn speak and he nodded "Yeah..." he was still slightly dazed with fatigue as he pulled into the parking spot and placed the car into park. "Well we're here." he stated the obvious, he was co-captain of glee and Mr. captain obvious as usual. Sitting there in the seat for a moment he watched as Quinn got out of the car to get Beth, Finn tiredly reached for the buckle as he hit the button and released the restraints. Opening the door he got out and walked around the front of the car, taking his rightful place beside Quinn with a smile he placed a hand around her back and on her hip, trying to show he was there, like he had some obligation to stay by her side outside. He looked down to her as she asked him a question with a smile. "Sure.." he said as he reached out, removing his hand from Quinn's waist as he grabbed hold of Beth beneath both her arms and lifted her up to his chest. "Your mom's right, grandma use to take me here a lot as a kid, you'll like it." Finn said with a smile as he looked at Beth, despite Beth belonging biologically to Quinn and Puck, no one could deny he was a good parent to the girl. "Besides, I packed our favorite, Grilled cheese." he smiled to Quinn and winked at Beth.
